  15. The macro, _CDECL, is used internally by some compilers to specify
  16. that a library routine should be called using the C calling sequence
  17. (caller pops stack).  This allows applications to be compiled using
  18. the Pascal calling sequence (to get a bit more speed - at the expense
  19. of variable number of parameters) yet still use the same library.
